RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Welcome to the Aachompa and Chickasaw Press Online Store. We value our customers and want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from our online store. By making a purchase from Aachompa.com and ChickasawPress.com, you agree to adhere to this policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase, for a possible refund. If eligible, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, plus any applicable taxes, to your original form of payment. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be unused, and in their original condition. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund of any kind.
To initiate a return and refund for items purchased from Aachompa.com and ChickasawPress.com:
- Bring Your Return to Chickasaw Press Bookstore
Bring the item and your packing slip, Order Confirmation e-mail, or Billing Summary email to Chickasaw Press Bookstore with your original form of payment. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method.
- Ship Your Return Back to Us
Ship the item to the Returns Department. A prepaid shipping label and instructions will be provided when a return is started online. The packing slip in your shipment has specific instructions for returns. We provide a pre-printed return label with our Returns Department Address.
Some shipments may not come with a packing slip. If your packing slip is unavailable, please print out the Shipping Confirmation email you received after the item(s) shipped. Include that printout in the box and write your Order Number on the outside of the box. Without a packing slip or shipping confirmation printout, we cannot process the return and you will not receive your refund.
If you are sending us a return because you were not sent the item(s) you ordered, indicate on the Packing Slip/Shipping Confirmation the item(s) that you were supposed to receive so the warehouse knows how to process the return.

Please Note: Your packing slip is not a prepaid label. You will need to start a return online in order to create a prepaid shipping label.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Original signed artwork or prints are not returnable, unless they are defective or damaged, in which case they can be exchanged only for the same product. Please contact Chickasaw Press at (580) 436-7282.
Subscriptions to Chokma Chickasaw Magazine can be cancelled at any time; you may receive a full or partial refund for any unused/unredeemed portion of the subscription to Chokma Chickasaw Magazine.
Chickasaw Historical Society memberships can be cancelled at any time. However, you may receive a full or partial refund for any unused/unredeemed portion of the membership only if cancellation is within 30 days of initial membership.
Policy Changes
We may occasionally modify or supplement this Return and Refund Policy. Any changes will be effective when posted on our website with the updated effective date.
The Aachompa and Chickasaw Press Online Store website and service is fully owned and operated by the Chickasaw Nation, a federally recognized sovereign and self-governing American Indian Nation.
Governing Law and Venue. This Return and Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, guidelines, resolutions, and ordinances, of the Chickasaw Nation. State law shall not be applicable, nor shall disputes be subject to any authority outside the Chickasaw Nation. By accessing the Service, you affirmatively consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chickasaw Nation’s courts for all purposes relevant to your use of the Service.
Sovereign Immunity. Nothing contained in this Return and Refund Policy shall be construed to waive the Chickasaw Nation’s sovereign rights and immunities as shared with our officers, employees and agents. By this Return and Refund Policy, the Chickasaw Nation hereby expressly retains, without limitation, its sovereign immunity from unconsented suit.
